PICOT PILATES, LLC

Picot Pilates, LLC  is owned and operated by Sarah Picot.  Sarah is a certified Pilates instructor, video producer and former professional dancer.  Picot Pilates, LLC together with MProductions created PV Partners to produce high quality Pilates DVDs.  Her top rated Pilates for You DVD series has been featured on the CBS Early show, FOX news and FOX News IMAG, and such radio programs as the Fitness Buff show in Florida.  Her DVDs have received top ratings from Fitness, Oxygen, Real Simple, Family Circle and Parents magazines.

Picot Pilates trains individual clients in Sarah's home studio in Arlington VA.  Her research for the Prenatal and Post-natal Pilates DVDs and Pilates and Pregnancy Workbook allows her the knowledge to train other Pilates instructors on Pilates and pregnancy. 

Sarah's very challenging More than Mat Pilates DVD series is based on the machine exercises but modified for the mat.  It caught the eye of Tom Shaw owner of SPARQ Training.  Sarah is now on staff with Sparq where she trains NFL draft hopefuls.  Picot Pilates includes specific workouts to prevent injury and maximize power and range of motion for football, soccer, skiing and golf.
