Sarah is available to teach on location at your facility.  She has taught group classes at the NY Times - DC, NBC Universal - DC, Washington Ballet (where she was faculty), Wide World of Sports - FL for Coach Tom Shaw's SPARQ Training Camp, UNC Chapel Hill, Redskins Park and DC United as well as at Williamsburg Middle School - VA.

  Sarah Picot has given teacher training workshops at such studios as, Sports Club LA, Sport and Health Clubs.
