Whether you are a sports team, a group at an office, a school or a fitness location, the large Group Class can work for you.  Sarah has 12 years of experience working with professional sports teams and individual pro athletes.  She has led teacher training classes and workshops at Pilates conferences and fitness centers.  Sarah emphasizes the importance of teaching this life changing method to our kids.  She has brought her Pilates expertise to middle and high school gym classes as well as training the high school football and lacrosse teams.  Want someone who can come to your office?  She can do that too.  Let her work you out during your lunch hour like she has for businesses like the NBC studio in Washington, DC.
